Tender chopped artichokes, fresh sweet tomatoes, green olives, fresh key lime juice, and coriander add delightful elegance to our uniquely delicious Artichoke Salsa. It's the perfect dip with tortilla chips, is wonderful mixed with sautéed greens or steamed vegetables, and excellent as a finish to creamy soups of all kinds.

Ingredients: Artichoke, tomato, onion, green olive, key lime, coriander, olive oil, vegetable oil (sunflower oil or soybean oil), salt, wine vinegar, starch, red peppers and spices.
