Fire-roasting these sweet, mildly spicy Piquillo Peppers gives them a charred, smoky flavor that adds delicious interest to dishes of every kind. Chop coarsely and add them to dips and spreads, slice them generously and toss into salads and soups, or dice finely and add to sandwiches, baked casseroles, and pizzas.
